Veda Marie Vinson passed away in Pensacola on April 25th, 2023:

Anytime you came to her house, you were welcomed as family, which included her picking on everyone. She was a firecracker who could brighten up the room, from cracking jokes and Indian leg wrestling.
She was preceded in death by son Brian Arthur Vinson & Daughter-in-Law Jean Foster Watkins
Survived by husband Kenneth Vinson, 8 Children; Randy Watkins & wife Fran, Darrell Watkins, JJ Grant & wife Trisha, Neil Vinson & wife Jacqueline, & Tina Vinson. 13 grandchildren; Tyler Watkins & wife Kelli, Matt Moseley & wife Courtney, Jessica Hudgens & husband Jimmy, Cody Watkins, Garrett Witazcek, Zachary Witazcek, Riley Witazcek, Haley Grant, Payton Grant, & Jackson Hildreth. 6 great grandchildren; Riley Watkins, Austin Watkins, Jordyn Watkins, Maverick Watkins, Jamison Hudgens, Kason King-Hudgens. She also leaves behind a host of beloved family & friends.
A visitation will be held at Pensacola Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Monday, May 1, 2023 from 1pm until the service begins at 2pm.
Veda was a beacon of light, if you would like to please feel free to wear a favorite color to honor her memory. Her favorite color was purple, but feel free to wear any color you choose.

Wonderful woman to know. Always treated me like one of hers. Last time I saw her I said I would come see her and her reply was “thanks for the warning.” You will be missed.
