Tina P. “Gail” LeMaster • July 3, 2022
Our beloved Tina LeMaster, 71, affectionately known as Gail by family and friends, went to be with her Lord and entered eternal life on Sunday, July 3rd, 2022.
For the last year of her life she lived at Windermere Memory Care in Pensacola due to her illness.
Our hearts are broken by this unexpected loss but her soul will continue living throughout her adoring family and friends.
Gail was born in Pensacola FL on May 2nd 1951. She resided in Milton Florida where she raised her six children with love and devotion whom blessed her with 19 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Gail is predeceased by her beloved husband, Johnnie LeMaster, her parents Mary and John Pope, her siblings, Thurlow Pope, Telesa Touchet, Tonya Baham, Toni Anita Lee and Thuron Pope.
Left to cherish her memory are her sister, Twyla and Roy Pace, her brother Jon Pope and Mary Kalista treasured friend and caretaker. As well as her six children, Robert and Kristen Burkes, Anthony Burkes, Hope Burkes, Rachel and Timothy Mason, Milton Ray Watkins, and Jason Watkins.
Gail was the most kind, spirited and wonderful soul who throughout her lifetime, devoted herself to Jesus and the people around her.
She enjoyed the outdoors and soaking up the sun. Loved homemade chicken soup, popsicles, coke, her coffee all day long, all her dogs, the movie Old Yeller, singing her Christian music, reading her Bible and getting together with family and friends.
She had a special kind of love for all types of animals. If she found them in distress or hurt she would nourish them back to health and set them free.
Selflessness and generosity were the two traits that highlighted her personality.
To know her is to have laughed with her or to have shared a kind word wether it be family, friends or strangers.
She exhumed that kind of special gift that anyone around her were drawn to her loving and infectious personality.
She was a ray of sunshine and a social butterfly, she always smiled and looked at the brighter things in life no matter her struggles with anything including her illness.
Gail was one of a kind and to be loved by her was to be truly blessed!
We know that God is pleased to have one of His kind and generous angel in His arms where she is now free of all pain and suffering!
Special thanks to Windermere Memory Care who showed her kindness, love, respect and understanding during her time there.
She will be forever lovingly remembered and sadly missed!
May her memory be eternal!!!
