She will be missed greatly by her fellow poets at where she was always greatly respected by us. She helped many of us when we first started our own sites there and she had encouraged and assisted us with her abilities to set up our sites telling us how to post our poems with music and photographs which brought our poems to life. She was a fan of my own mother’s poetry and they were very good friends. My mom six years ago and I’m sure that she will be there to greet and welcome Sandy home!!! May our Good Lord wrap his loving arms around Bo and the family and friends of Sandy as you all grieve her own passing this week, praying for all of you!!

  11. Robert Davidson(Rabbie) says:

She’s gone to that great Banqueting Hall
To her Mansion in the sky:
To sit with Jesus the King of kings
and all the hosts on high.

    The pain and agony all have gone;
    Peace has settled in!
She’s looking down on all of you
    with a happy, contented grin.

She suffered much in those last days,
Oh, what a time she had.
Knowing you were all at hand
    kept her from going mad.

She’s happy now in that great place,
    a place that’s very rare:
She hopes some day to meet you soon,
    on the golden stairs.

“Be happy now, my dear friends,
    Be happy, be at peace:
    I’ve experienced something quite unique!
It has brought me sweet release.”

Sandy was one of the first people to welcome me to Poetry Poem in 2009. We’d read each other’s poetry, and we became good friends via the internet. We never met, but I regarded her as a true friend. She was one of the kindest and warmest people I ever came into contact with. I am deeply saddened by her passing. Sincere condolences to all her family.
