  1. Margaret Bell says:

Mike was the best boss I ever had. I was his secretary for the last 13 years he worked at DuPage High School District 88 until he retired in 2004. My first day he told me I’d learn something new every day and he made sure that happened. His sketches of how things worked were enlightening and his explanations of various terms made sense of the bids I put together for him. His stories about travels with Jennie and Art and Maryann were always fun to hear. Mike’s love of nature resonated with me; he was a country boy at heart. He will be missed by many. Rest In Peace, Mike.
