Myla Jeter Poole, born June 12, 1967, of Los Angeles, California, died peacefully on November 5, 2020.

A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 16th at Grace Pointe Church, 2460 E. Olive Road, Pensacola, Florida.

Myla was born in Pensacola, FL, the youngest child of James Floyd Jeter and Mary Ann Jeter who preceded her in death. She attended Escambia High School and studied Media Communications at Walden University. She was a talented singer, writer and model.

She is survived by her son, Landon James Poole of Los Angeles, CA. One of her last Facebook posts states, “Being his mother is the greatest gift God ever gave me.” She is also survived by her “two angels” as she called them, grandchildren, Alana Poole and Alessandro Poole, and daughter-in-law, Paris. She is preceded in death by her sister, Demedra Jeter. Other survivors include sisters, Shannon Bell, Tonya Coronado (Eddie), and Jamie Massey (Victor), and a host of family and friends that loved her.
