Johnny Wayne Hatfield went home to be with the lord on July 10, 2019 after a strong fight with cancer. Johnny is preceded in death by his parents, Don and Mary Marshall Fields; his brother, Tommy Fields; his son, Tim Gene Allen; his grandchildren, Watson Kyle Allen and Michael Allen Bonner. He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Joyce Hatfield; his brother, Terry Hatfield and his wife, Kathy Hatfield; his son, Thomas Warren Allen and his wife Lisa Allen; his daughter, Beth Prather Allen; grandchildren, Kimberly Messick, Mallory Bonner, Robert Pitts, TC Pitts, Laurie Howell, and William Pitts; his great-grandchildren, Addison Messick, Bailey Messick, Sara Messick, Laela Fagan, Lorelei Fagan, Milo Howell, and Jack Howell.
Johnny was born in Dyersburg, Tennessee, on April 26, 1952. He spent his free time whittling, sitting in his chair with his best girls: Rosie and Daisy his chunky pups, and keeping his yard impeccable. He spent the rest of his time with his family, working at Perdido Bay Seafood. He could be seen having lunch with his wife and son any day of the week except on Sunday, that day was for church. He and his wife were dedicated members of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church.
Services for Johnny will begin at 10 a.m. on Monday, July 15, 2019 at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church located at 10650 Gulf Beach Hwy, Pensacola, FL. All family, friends, business partners, and loyal customers are welcome to attend. In lieu of flowers, send contributions to the Holy Spirit Catholic Church.
