On Friday, August 30, 2019, Gloria Faye Godwin Price, loving wife and mother of three children, went to be with her Lord and Savior, at age 81.

Faye was born on July 2, 1938 in Andalusia, AL to Bill Sr. and Ruby (Bush) Godwin. She received her RN BSN from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa in 1958 (Roll Tide!). On October 14, 1960, she married Bobby Price, Sr. Together they raised three children, Denise, Bob Jr. and Allen. They started a successful construction company in 1970 and retired after 30 years.

Faye was known for her faith, always taking care of others and her incredible business sense. She had a love for family, travel, missions and Precept ministries. She worked hard, played hard and did nothing at less than 100%.

Faye was preceded in death by her father, Bill Sr. and her mother, Ruby Godwin. She is survived by her husband Bob Sr.; her three children, Denise (Rick Hual), Bob Jr (Robin) and Allen (Stephanie); grandchildren, Lauren (Nicholas) Fox, Jason (Angel) Hual, Justin (Heather) Hual, Brianna (JP) Wayman, Kathryn (Luke) Infinger, Caroline (RJ) Thompson, Blake (Deena Li) Price, Savannah (Ricky) Crowl, Parker Price, Jordan (Kevin) Jackson, Ann Marie and Jack Barker; great grandchildren, Gabriel, Graham, and Gracin Hual, Aislinn Infinger, Price Wyatt Thompson, Bristol Crowl, and Ezekiel Jackson.

The memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 14th at 11:30 a.m. in Passmore Hall at Olive Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers please send donations may be sent to the Ministry Village at Olive 1716 East Olive Rd. Pensacola Fl 32514 or donate online at www.ministryvillage.org.

    So sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Faye was a sweet and hard working lady. Always enjoyed working with her when she would deliver plans to the bank.
