Frances Elizabeth Turner • March 8, 2022

Frances Elizabeth Turner, 81 of Pensacola, Florida was a wife, mother, sister and granny. Frances was born July 26, 1940 in Lake Worth, Florida and passed away the morning of March 8, 2022.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Ray Turner Sr, sons, Shannon Ray Turner and Lucius “Eddie” Edward Price Jr and daughter, Joan Elizabeth Jones.
She was survived by daughters, Pamela Lee (Bobby), Missouri City, TX, Cindy Taylor (Marty) of Defuniak Springs, FL, Linda Dorris (Rad) of Lipan, TX, and son, Kevin Price (Tracy) of Pace, and was fortunate enough to have 12 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren, and two more on the way!
Frances was known to be the life of the party, with a glowing smile and fun, light-hearted spirit. She sure knew her way around the kitchen, preparing her grand southern-country meals or a fish-fry. When she wasn’t in the kitchen, she loved spending time with her family, under the sun, around the pool or on the beach. Frances began her life in Florida, and while she spent several years in Texas, her home and those beaches called her back and she ended her years back in Florida.
The family would like to sincerely thank Arcadia Health and Rehab in Pensacola, FL, with special appreciation to Elizabeth “Liz” Stallworth, we are forever grateful for the extra love and care of our Mom and Granny.
There is no public service planned at this time.

  1. Sue McCullough says:

Frances had a beautiful soul as well she was a beautiful woman. Indeed she was the life of the party! We had some of the best times together! My love for her and you all will not end with her passing. My prayers for each of you to keep faith in Christ. And know that you have yet one more Guardian angel watching over you.

  2. Sandra Luckett says:

I never met Mrs. Turner, however I’ve heard about her over the years and I’m blessed to know some of her family. And if they are the reflection of her.., then she was a beautiful person inside and out. My prayers for comfort and endurance to the family. Acts 24:15

  3. Linda Dorris says:

My mom was a free spirit! She spent the majority of her life making sure everyone was happy and takin’ care of. She is a true free spirit in eternity! ❤️
