Dolores Ochsner • July 26, 2022

Dolores Ochsner was born in Daytona Beach, Florida, on November 26, 1935 to James Pooser and Johnnie Stanton.

On July 26, 2022, our mother was ready to be with the Lord and transitioned from this earth to eternal peace and rest, surrounded by her family. She was predeceased by her husband, Everett, to whom she was married for 50 years, and her sister, Faye Rueb.

She is survived by her brother, James Pooser (Jane) and five daughters, Pamela Strubhar, Patti Thomas (Michael), Debi Currey (David), Kimberly McLean (Doug), and Cara Ard (Mark). She is also survived by many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a great-great granddaughter.

Dolores’ daughters, grandchildren, and their families meant more to her than anything and her time spent with them was immeasurable. She was a member of the Lutheran Church of the Resurrection, and her strong faith remained with her until her death.

Visitation will be held Saturday, July 30, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. followed by a Memorial Service at 12:00 noon at Lutheran Church of the Resurrection, 6305 Blue Angel Parkway, Pensacola, Florida 32505.
