  1. CDR Chriss La Rue USNR (Ret) says:

I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. Black back around 1980 when I was a candidate and later an Ensign in flight school. I count her daughters Evelyn, Anita and her future son-in-law-, Barry, as some of the finest people I have ever met. My thoughts are that Mrs. Black is now in a place where the very best of people go when they move on from this physical life. I am also sending my warmest regards to Mr. Black, Evelyn, Anita and Barry. Chriss
