Bert Alonzo Lingo, Sr. • December 20, 2019



Bert Alonzo Lingo, Sr., 76, of Pensacola, passed away on December 20, 2019. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and was employed for 18 years as a Senior Utility Mechanic for ECUA . Bert was also a member of West Florida Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James Lewis Lingo, Sr. and Katherine Lenora Radford Lingo; and brother, Robert Harley Lingo.
Bert is survived by his wife of 53 years, Margret Elaine Lingo; sons, Bert Alonzo Lingo II (Kimberly), Timothy James Lingo (Lynnae), John Edward Lingo (Michelle); daughter, Hannah Denice Morales and her children; grandchildren, Johnathan Lingo (Allison), Justin Lingo, Cody Lingo, Mychaela Lingo and Addison Lingo; brothers, James Lewis “Pat” Lingo (Karen) and John Ingram Lingo; and many nieces and nephews (and their families).
A visitation will be held at Pensacola Memorial Gardens on Thursday, January 2, 2020 from 10:30AM until the service begins at 11:00AM with burial to follow at Barrancas National Cemetery.
