  1. Lisa Sewell says:

We just heard about Mrs. Faison and we are so sorry for the family. We have had such fond memories talking to her while waiting for Mr. Faison to come to the phone to tell us what vegetables were ready. We have missed the outdoor cast iron bell wring letting Mr. Faison know his lunch was ready. Now we know why we have not heard it for some time. I always wanted to go over and learn about canning from her, all the wonderful vegetables that they harvested and I am sad I kept putting it off. We have lived next door to them for 22 years and she was such a sweet Lady.

    God Bless,
    Lisa and Ralph Sewell
