Anne Charles Murphy, 95, of Pensacola, Florida passed away on November 18, 2020.
She was born in Montgomery, Alabama and resided in Pensacola for over 62 years. Anne was a member of Plainview Baptist Church.
Anne is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Foy Murphy; son, Thomas Charles Murphy; daughter-in-law, Patricia Murphy; grandson, Brian Thomas Caylor.
She is survived by her son, Joe Murphy (Janet); daughter, Joy Henson (Roger); son, Jack W. Murphy; son, Karl Murphy (Cathy); son, Phillip Murphy; daughter, Tonya Johnson (Jay); 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
A visitation will be held at Plainview Baptist Church on Saturday, November 28, 2020 from 10am until the service begins at 11am with her grandson, Jordan Johnson officiating. A burial will follow at Pensacola Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Joe Murphy, Jack Murphy, Karl Murphy, Phillip Murphy, Preston Murphy and Joshua Johnson. Honorary Pallbearers will be Dr. Roger Henson, Jay Johnson, Jake Caylor, Chad Caylor, Charles Murphy and Ryan Murphy.
In Lieu of flowers for those who wish, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital and Waterfront Rescue Mission.
The family would like to thank Reverend Bill Flannigan and her Plainview Baptist Church family, Covenant Hospice and her doctor, Dr. Roger Henson for their heartfelt care and compassion during this time.

    We love you all so much and know that you will miss Aunt Anne terribly. We know you are comforted knowing she is at peace, healed, and with our Father in Heaven. Surely Uncle Foy, Aunt Trudy, Aunt Lillian, Aunt Ethel Lee, Mama, Grandmother, and all the rest had a joyful reunion! We love you so!
