Lula “Lou” Araminta Trawick, 69, passed away Tuesday, March 9, 2010.
A Pensacola native, devoted mother and grandmother, she was affectionately known as GG.
Preceded in death is husband, A. J. Trawick; parents, N. J. Naylor, Sr., and Josephine Naylor, a brother, N. J. Naylor, Jr. and GG Baby Kelley Ward.
Survivors include daughter, Lou Ellen Deveau (Michael); sons, J. W. Ramey, Jr. (Gina), David G. Ramey, Sr. (Cheryl) and James Ramey (Lisa); devoted caregiver, Larry Putney; sisters, Joanne Leyrer (Theo) and Pearl Woerner (Ron); brother, Paul Naylor (Linda); grandchildren Jennifer Jeffrey (Josh), Julie Ward (Rodney), Michael J. A. Deveau (Beth), Christina Sommerfield, Katy Ramey, Jessica Majors (Dusty) and David G. Ramey, Jr. and great-grandchildren Jacyee, Patrick, Darian, Hannah, Rachel, Araminta, Danielle and Ariana..
A visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, March 11, 2010 at Pensacola Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Pensacola Memorial Gardens.
The family would like to thank all the staff at Baptist Hospital, Third Floor and Covenant Hospice for the care given Mrs. Trawick.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Covenant Hospice in memory of Lou Trawick.
