  1. James & Viola Mew says:

Irvin is now joined with his beautiful Leola in “The Land of Beginning Again.” Louisa Fletcher’s wonderful poem “The Land of Beginning Again” defines Heaven as not some distant and cloud-filled paradise but rather a place where all hurts are mended, all grief’s comforted, all regrets repaired, all insults undone, and all relationships restored. She closes the poem with: “So I wish that there were some wonderful place
Called the Land of Beginning Again,
Where all our mistakes and all our heartaches,
And all of our poor selfish grief
Could be dropped like a shabby old coat at the door
And never put on again.” We know that place to be with our Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ! Rest in Peace our brother!
